What’s Happening

The Language of Openness 48″ x 48″

When not at work in my studio at Fulton Crossing, my attention has been on the rebuild of our home and studio in Coffey park. After the wildfires in 2017 I lost focus on creating art for a period of time. My wife and I spent a good amount of time dealing with our insurance company, the bank, and our contractor, while making seemingly endless choices regarding purchases and the design of our home. We are very grateful, realizing we have been very fortunate to have had awesome support from our family and our community. Unlike the news we see daily, people really can be great. We are looking forward to moving into our new home and studio in about 5 to 6 months. Unless something changes I plan on keeping my studio at Fulton Crossing, while using the home studio to expand my new body of work.

My focus is back and coming up in July I’ll be showing new work at Fulton Crossing Gallery. The opening reception will be Friday, July 19, 5-8pm. Mark your calendars.

You can also view my work at the Lori Austin Gallery in Sebastopol, CA.
